AIR HANDLING UNITS
Frames of boxes for units, made of aluminium profiles with skewed corners, come in three sizes, – depending on the type of environment (exterior, interior, hygienic). The edges of the profiles are connected with aluminium or plastic angles which are highly resistant to mechanical stress and climatic conditions. Sandwich panels are then fitted into the frame.
The efficiency of electric motors used in air handling units complies with ErP standard for fans (EU directive, no. 427/2011).

Air Handling Unit Portfolio
AIR FLA Unit
This unit, with a flat design, is used for installation under a ceiling or within the ceiling construction itself.
Components of basic model:
- Outside air filter, filtration class EU4 (optionally up to EU9)
- Hot water coil with copper pipes fitted with aluminium lamellas stamped onto the pipe
- Radial ventilator
Optional components:
- Electric heater protected with operational and emergency thermo contact
- Direct evaporative cooler or chilled water coil from copper pipes fitted with aluminium lamellas stamped onto the pipe
- Microprocessor measurement and control of all regulation and protection functions, optionally with remote control
- Differential pressure sensors monitoring the condition of filters’

AIR COM Unit
The unit is designed as compact unit.
Components of basic model:
- Outside and exhaust air filters, filtration class EU4 (optionally up to EU9)
- Cross-flow heat exchanger fitted with aluminium lamellas
- Hot water coil with copper pipes fitted with aluminium lamellas stamped onto the pipe
- Two independently controlled radial fans
Optional components:
- Electric duct heater protected with operational and emergency thermo contact
- Direct evaporative cooler or chilled water coil from copper pipes fitted with aluminium lamellas stamped onto the pipe
- Bypass with actuator driven dampers
- Mixing chamber with actuator driven dampers
- Microprocessor measurement and control of all regulation and protection functions, optionally with remote control
- Differential pressure sensors monitoring the condition of filters’

AIR COM DEC Unit
This unit designed as flat, ceiling mounted, and is used for installation under a ceiling or within the ceiling construction itself.
Components of basic model:
- Outside and exhaust air filters, filtration class EU4 (optionally up to EU7)
- Heater protected with operational and emergency thermo contact
- Fans driven by EC motors with maximum efficiency in its class
- Outside and exhaust air dampers automatically controlled by actuators
- Connection terminals
- Highly efficient cross-flow heat exchanger
Optional components:
- Hot water coil with copper pipes fitted with aluminium lamellas stamped onto the pipe or electric duct heater
- Direct evaporative cooler or chilled water coil from copper pipes fitted with aluminium lamellas stamped onto the pipe
- Bypass with actuator driven dampers
- Microprocessor measurement and control of all regulation and protection functions, optionally with remote control
- Differential pressure sensors monitoring the condition of filters’
